my baby is 8 month old..but I do have 1 bottle of formula powder which is stage 1..can I use that ?

Of course you can use it if there is time left you can give it to the child it’s not a problem and after that you should shift to stage two because at this age stage 2 would be the right one that you should start with not stage one so you can finish that last bottle that you have
