usually it is normal among young babies to pass green stool.
if a child is breastfed baby then it is caused by imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk.
so please feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well.
make changes in your diet also as it might be a reaction to the food which you ate.
and if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything.
