Q.
my baby is 7 months old.....she is not taking solids her weight is 8 kg...is this normal?#askdoctors

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. that is a very good weight for a baby of this age and it's alright if the baby is not consuming a lot but keep trying different consistencies and taste and preferably semi solid food give fruits and fruit juices also

Yes The weight of the child is completely normal but if your child is not taking semisolid as of now it’s okay they take a little bit time to settle down with new test which is why I would just advise you to add a little bit of salt and spices to the food from the very beginning itself
