my baby is 7 months old. she had blackness on her neck which cream can I use

if the child has black neck it can be because of the any kind of fungal infection or also can be because of the dryness so apply a good moisturizer.
also apply raw milk over the area and also you can apply little bit of turmeric along with that.
this will help to reduce the black discoloration
