my baby is 7 months old..he had red rashes in his foot and forehead

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl8 months agoA. The food colour seems completely normal but I don’t know why I feel there is a bump inside the feet of your child that took a picture you have posted so I would just recommend to do cold sponge with ice cold water or cold that is going to be quite helpful
