My baby is 7 months old but his weight gain is 200gms per month since last 2 months, now his weight is 7kg. Suggest me some foods to increase his weight

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist18 hours agoA. dear mum , the wt of ur baby is in a comfortable zone the wt is fine . from 6 to 12 mths wt gain may be 250-300 gm per mth and sometime no wt gain in a month.
baby shd b triple birth wt by 1 yr
consistency of food shd b like ghee avoid thin consistency
