My baby is 7 months old and he passes very hard stool , once in 3-4 days. Last time I could see some blood in rectum. Please help how can I ease his constipation?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give fiber rich food to the baby. Also give saunf water to the baby. Apply coconut oil on the rectum so that baby can pass stool easily. Thanks and take care
