Q.
my baby is 7 months old and by 7 th September she is steping into her 8th month. My partner and me had intercourse early this month that is after 7 months of delivery will that effect the breast milk quality or quantity......any one please guide me on this...........

For lactation (milk production) mother have to include lactating foods in diet - Milk, Diary products, rusk, Bread toast, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, garlic milk, mutton kheema , having more water helps in increasing milk supply.
