Q.
my baby is 7 months now. I am still giving him breastmilk alongwith formula. he doesn't latch now hence I express and give. now my milk production is reducing a lot. is there any way I can still increase breast milk?

first ,I advise to stop giving formula
give more and more breastfeeds
because the more your child takes feed ,the more milk is produced naturally.
second ,try breastfeeding with different feeding positions.
make skin to skin Contact while feeding your child which definitely help to encourage your child to take more feeds.
