ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. what weakness? vitamin A foods.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Continue breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
