My baby is 7 month old today he passes hard and dry stool he is crying and straining what to do ? pls help

A. Hello dear parent! Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Include them in your child's diet. Increase the liquid intake. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Consult your doctor for further advice
