my baby is 7 month old.could i feed wheat in other form, like roti aur cereal

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, can feed. make crumbs of a soft wheat chapati in a mixer or by hands , soaking it in dal and feeding her when it turns soft.
also mixed and mashed with dal or curd or milk. tc
