Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. you can apply zytee gel over the ulcer area which will help in decreasing the pain and you can give a course of multivitamin to the child which will again help in decreasing the pain as well as will improve the the condition and healing
