My baby is 7.9kg I m worried she is gaining weight very slowly but she D very active what kind of food should I introduce to her to gain weight very fast

A. Every baby is different and so as their development milestones. As long as baby is active and healthy, there is no need to be concerned. You should feed fresh, home cooked foods rich in fats and proteins like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 650 to 70p ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
