my baby is 7.5 months old....I got my period today ...but bleeding was like just a spot ...what's the reason

A. You got it today only maybe the spot and will continue and then you will have your regular period also like to tell you that women can resume their bDao after the delivery but for initial six months there could be little bit of ups and downs with the period cycle so maybe it is just the same
