His feeding are normal and is active, changes 4-5 diapers per day, I weight is 7.4kg. birth weight was 3.48kg.Is there anything to worry about??

A. By the time your baby is about six months or seven months old, he's likely to have learned to roll over in both directions . You may find your baby never really rolls over. He may skip that move and progress straight to sitting and crawling or bum-shuffling.
