A. Hi parent Practice yogasana.(light ones) Don't use RO water for drinking, maida , sugar , packaged and processed food , anti dandruff shampoo. Take sunbath daily Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
