my baby is 6 months old, and he cries very much while passing motion because of heat. His motion passing area has become reddish. How can I treat this? Can anyone suggest how to cure this?

A. Apply Boroline antiseptic cream and coconut oil on that area regularly because when the child passes motion it would be easier due to being a lubricant and oil into that area and Boroline will help in healing the rashes there
