my baby is 6 month old when we start to give cerlac to baby can I give water to baby

completion of six months is right time for introducing food and water to your child
please give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi
please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
