Q.

my baby is 6 month old.i started rice porridge and carrot to my baby.last 3 days he couldn't poop.im really worried that.plz give me a suggestion

A. after starting solids constipation is common in babies. Too much of any of cereal, could cause constipation in your baby. Try to add some veggies or fruits in baby food preparation to soften stool and easy to evacuate. give sipes of water after each solid feed. Give Tummy Massage in clockwise direction.
