My baby is 6 month old  He got cold with cough for the past two days. I have given T-minic drops 0.25 ml for 2 days. Is the dosage correct or should I increase it?

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and  if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion  it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part fof viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment agccordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

give steam inhalation
