Q.

My baby is 6 month old He got cold with cough for the past two days. I have given T-minic drops 0.25 ml for 2 days. Is the dosage correct or should I increase it?

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part fof viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment agccordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

A. dose depends on weight age and severity.. follow your pediatrician give steam inhalation use nasoclear saline nasal drops apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time you can use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
