my baby is 6 month old. For some time I have been noticing white patches on his face, which are on the nose and cheeks. I am very worried. What could be the reasons?

This may be due to any recent infection, contact dermatitis to any allergen, any mite or insect bite.
May apply moisturex calm lotion twice a day.
May apply coconut oil locally
Avoid massage.
Please consult physically to dermatologist
