Khichadi, dal rice with vegetables, curd.
Later mashed paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons give solids 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time.
You can breastfeed your baby some time after feeding solids. Keep some gap.
