my baby is 6 month old. can I add salt to her solids?

A. Initially don’t add around seven months you can start adding salt in foods of the baby in moderate quantity and give well mashed foods and liquids and keep feeding your baby well

A. Give a pinch of salt in toor dal or smashed potatoes, if possible please use pink salt in the baby's food.

A. Yup Absolutely you can add Salt to the food that’s what I can tell you because you should avoid using sugar as long as you can you should avoid using sugar but salt you can definitely use not an issue also you can use other spices if required
