My baby is 6 month and 14 days old. We have started giving him solids. Today morning he had watermelon juice and afternoon he had carrot puree. His poop is somewhat red in colour. Is there anything to worry.

no need to worry, it's because of watermelon juice you fed her. It is recommended to introduce juice to your child after 7 month.
