My baby is 6 and half month. Her weight is 6.5 kg. Is it normal? I need diet plan for my baby.

A. hi dear your baby weight is absolutely normal then no need to worry if baby is active. Fruits: Apple, Avocado, Banana, Pears, muskmelon, Peaches, Plums, Prune. Vegetables: Carrot, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato. Cereals & Grains: Rice, Ragi, Barley, Semolina/Suji/Rava, sabudhana/Sago/Tapioca, Ragira/Amaranth/Phool Makhana, Quinoa. Pulses: Yellow Moong Dal.
