Q.

My baby is 6.5 month old and his poop color is slight yellow and is watery . Is it a matter of concern

A. Yellow is not a problem but if the water is there every time that means your child probably suffering with loose motions so for that a proper medication would be required so you have to first check how many times your child is passing lose motion is it always running only or it is sometimes solid to semi solid as well accordingly you can decide
