My baby is 5y 6m old....She is coughing continuously.Tonsils increased.Medicine please

If it is because of tonsils then you should not give any medicine without consulting the doctor you have to take a check with your doctor instead of pediatrics I would suggest you to visit an ENT doctor they’ll be able to help you with right medication for better and permanent relief to the issue and also can tell you if we need to avoid anything particularly
