my son is coughing continuously is there any medicine

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he is coughing constantly so give him warm water saline gargling and syrup Tus Q D 4 ml three times a day

A. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily.z give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and zgive warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
