my baby is 5mnth old and is having problem in right eye it's always watering and yellow colour mucus is being sept every time from that eye

this is because of block tear ducts..
use cotton ball dip in warm water and clean eyes..
press the eyes and nose joint as strong pressure pinch do 4&5times and repeat for 4-5times a day..
