Q.
My baby is 5+ months old. Earlier he used to sleep in the night for a good 4-5 hours stretch without feed. But now he wakes up every 2 hours and i have to make him sleep again either by feeding or soothing. Please let me know if there is anything to worry about? Why he is waking up so frequently?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, there is nothing to worry about. Sleeping pattern of baby varies from time to time. Feed your baby as per demand, which is whenever baby wants and how much baby wants.

Now your baby is growing up and baby is waking up because of hunger. And it is quite normal so you should not worry about it at all. Once your baby turned six months old and you have to feed heavy meals before baby go to sleep so baby can sleep for long hours.
