My baby is 5 months old and In her left thigh their is a white spot. Is it a matter of concern?

No you should not worry about it at all. Some white spots are totally normal in babies and it get cured by its own in next few days. Continue using babies regular baby products and there is no need to make any changes in it. Just try to keep your baby in normal room temperature.
