my baby is 5 months he smile but never laugh out what can be the reason

Well that is completely dependent from child to child we cannot tell you as to why her child is not laughing at all but if it is a constant behaviour of your child then if you want you can take an advice with your doctor but as far as I know does not seem like a problem
