my baby is 5 months 17 days old, he has been pooping more 12 times with green colour within 2 days, he started to rollover 2 days back, is it normal?? will it lead to any dehydration??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is less than 6 months of age having loose motions the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration

It might lead to dehydration if she's not.given enough fluids.
give her enterogermina probiotics drops three drops twice a day
keep offering her the breast milk
