Q.
My baby is 5 month old. Can i give her apple in nibbler

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Avoid giving fruits in nibbler as it is difficult to clean them and fruit gets stuck which lead to growing of fungus so it’s better to avoid and if using then wash it thoroughly after every use and start semi solids after six months

She should be on the breast milk exclusively upto her age of six months ,
After six months foods other than breast milk cannbe given
Start with soups probiotics and meshes of cooked vegetables and seasonal fruits
