ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. at the stage babies mostly have complaints of gases in stomach which sometimes sounds like noise from the chest so you should have proper burping 3 to 4 times after each feeding and also once get proper examination done by your doctor

correct the position
keep the baby head lifted up as you are feeding the baby
always burp after feed
