my baby is 5 month old and she had white colour dots in her face after 3 month of birth and now its been spread over the body

A. Oh you should immediately get an assessment done with your paediatrician it could be a skin related problem it could be vitiligo as you are saying that it is spreading on the entire body so they can be a possibility to that so I would advise you to just get it checked as soon as you can
