my baby is 5 month 22 days old he able to move head both side and also uplift his head but his head tilt to right side when he looks at front....what to do

By this age the head of the child is almost stable so it should not happen so in this case I’m just going to recommend you to get examined by the doctor once if there’s anything that needs to be checked the doctor would examine the child and can suggest you correctly on that
