my baby is 5 days old ..he is not taking mother milk jabki Brest se milk ata hai fir bhi nahi peeta hai...

Maybe your child is finding it difficult to take a direct breastfeeding so you can use a nipple sheet that helps a better way to feed the child apart from that if it is not helping then you can express the breastfeed and give it with the medium of a bottle to your child that also is a good option
