my baby is 5.5 months old and is exclusively breastfed she baby is passing a little gooey hardish motions along with little watery one. sometimes she applies a lot pressure but yet no poop. she is passing motions every 2nd or 3 rd day. what should i do? also i feel past two days she is sleeping a bit more. and is getting little fussy. she does have cold and cough too. please help

A. can be normal in the baby ko sThe colour of stool in the baby will be ranging from light yellow to dark green no need to worry unless it is smelling very bad
