NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 Year agoA. hello the breast milk for the infant formula milk you give for the baby would itself contains a required water content and additional water is not necessary to be given till you start your baby with solid at 6 months you can then be giving your child water and now better to avoid as it can absorb the nutrients
