Q.

my baby is 4months old.he having 100c fever.mrng I given him 5drops of paracetamol but temperature didn't change. can I give paracetamol drops again in the evng

A. without examination as well as history it is difficult to tell but if it is due to digestion problem it should improve in next one or two days with simple diet and probiotics.

A. hii sir .actually last Sunday I ate spicy chiken for 2 days and leafy vegetable curry .and I had motions thrice a day from 3 days.nd my 4th month baby had heat rash on his body .I used pricey heat powder nd it has reduced.actually my doubt was I had loose motions because of spicy chiken or is that related to covid.does spicy chiken in me causes loose motions.pls guide

A. you have to give paracetamol according to the weight of the child and it has to be measured in the armpit with the help of clinical thermometer and it can be given maximum 4 times
