my baby is 4month 20days old he has some white patches on his face and consulted doctor too he said nothing to worry it's hypopigmentation it will clear in 2 month but am still worried about the same.. is there any suggestions regarding this

many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. 
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you xhave to meet the doctor for evaluation.

some times itx can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

Evion vitamin E cream you can apply 3 to 4 times in the day along with that please get it checked with the skin specialist because a lot of time these patches could be associated with fungal infection and skin related problems or deficiency of calcium they are just not random hyper pigmentation sometimes so better to have a detailed assessment with a doctor like a skin specialist
