Q.
my baby is 4mnth old now.... she is on breastfeeding....suggest me diet plan.....can I start giving solid food to my baby as she is 4mnths ok?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, no, not now. 4 months is too early to introduce solid foods to your baby. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
