My baby is 45 days old. She is taking breast milk only. From four days she is passingg water runny stool. She is passing stool more than 15 times a day. And today she hsa passed stool with some froth once. Is there anything to worry

A. Start giving ORS and zinc drops to the baby if the stools are watery frothy and foul smelling and maintain good hygiene to avoid rashes and consult your Paediatrician if no improvement
