ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist2 years agoA. is age pe teeth nahin aate. agar permanent teeth aane lag gaye hain to thoda jaldi hai aap please dentist se milen and check karvayen. ignore na karen infection k kaaran bhi ho sakta hai

and no need to worry it's normal.
give warm water to drink.
