my baby is 4 year old he is suffering from cough and fever and avoid to eat anything

A. ok. please give SYP crocin for fever, and give tulsi juice + honey. loss of appetite is common due to fever, make sure to offer lots of liquids to your child

A. please take him to the doctor as he is suffering from fever 🤒 which cannot be negleted meanwhile if the temperature is high wipe the baby with wet cloth and give him only boiled water.
