my baby is 4 months ..other than her full body head is too hot ..heat increases sometimes..any problem to be treated

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it s normal body heat baby on touch can have warm soles and head. It s a normal and healthy thing. Check temperature at armpit level and if above 99 fahrenheit then we treat fever in babies. Can give drops paracetamol like calpol / T 98 / Sumol as per ba y weight . Can be repeated every 6 hours . fever is an immune response and is a sign so if fever is recurrent and persists then we need some tests and need a pediatrician visit After vaccine fever can or cannot be there. Can be treated by calpol drops
