my baby is 4 months old she get poop green in colour around 5 to 6 time ina day what i can do in that case?

Green colour is most commonly associated with a child who is having formula feed so if you are giving the same to the child that will probably be the reason behind it and if not then one time you should connect with your paediatrician as it could be due to some another problem
