my baby is 4 months old..... I m facing problem of low milk supply..... plz tell me what to do??

A. You can take support of lactation supplements for sure like Shatavari powder and also try to increase the amount of fluids that you are consuming bodies about 4 L minimum should be there including whatever liquid you were having an increase your proteins and lentils intake otherwise you have to shift to formula feeding
